ART. 1240.- TODOS LOS AUTORES, TRADUNTORES (SIC) Y EDITORES, DEBEN PONER EN LAS PORTADAS DE LOS LIBROS O COMPOSICIONES MUSICALES, AL CALCE DE LAS ESTAMPAS Y EN LA BASE U OTRA PARTE VISIBLE DE LAS DEMAS OBRAS ARTISTICAS, LA FECHA DE LA PUBLICACION O DE LA EJECUCION DE LA OBRA Y LA ADVERTENCIA DE GOZAR DEL PRIVILEGIO POR HABER HECHO EL DEPOSITO QUE PREVIENE ESTE CODIGO.
